"Jessica is a fabulous athlete, motivator and trainer! Jessica inspires the people she works with and I have benefitted tremendously from working with her. I have taken group fitness classes with Jessica and currently work with her one-on-one for individual training sessions. The thing I really appreciate the most about Jessica is that she tailors her workouts to meet the individual needs of her clients. I have a knee injury that has prevented me from doing some more traditional forms of exercise and she has found creative ways to continue to push me and get me closer to my fitness goals even with this limitation. "Jessica has been training me with her small group all women training to spin and personal training for about a year. I have noticed that I am stronger, more motivated to workout and she has helped me lose about 10 pounds, plus adding long lean muscles.
